Chairs are made one at a time in the order which they were commissioned.  A 25% deposit is due at the time of ordering to secure your spot in the queue. Another 25% is due at the commencement of the construction, with the total balance including any applicable shipping and sales tax due at delivery or pickup of the work. Custom work, or work that requires measuring from a photograph or physical piece to produce a replica will be billed at $100/hour. Requests for special species/natural finishes incur an additional $100 charge to cover sourcing and higher market value of clear specialty woods (think: walnut, cherry, etc).
