This medium Cherry eating spoon was made from green wood. I split spoon blanks from a log and rough out a general shape on the bandsaw, or with a hatchet. All the handwork is done with a drawknife and slojd knives. This particular spoon is "off the knife," no parts have been sanded. The handle features a simple Kolrosed hatching.
All my spoons are finished with tung oil and can be used for either cooking or serving. Hand wash only. Please see more information about spoon care here.
